Returns
If any part of your order is not the right fit, or simply isn't what you expected, please contact us within 48h so we can organize your return and exchange as quickly as possible.

All exchange and return items must be sent out to us within 7 days of your receiving. Items marked "Final Sale", "Final Markdown", or "Clearance" are non-returnable.

Please ensure all items are returned new, unused in their original packaging and with all tags still attached.

Receipt time = Processing Time + Transportation Time.

Processing time: 1-2 Working days
Express shipping time is usually within 3-7 business days.（e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT）
Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days.

2)Depending on local postal delivery conditions, you may need to collect your package from your local post office. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

3)We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information provided, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, we cannot refund your order.If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at service@mr-stream.com as soon as possible before shipment and provide your order number and correct information.
